Alison Chabloz, a notorious British Holocaust denier and anti-Semite, was allowed to enter Canada to participate in an event organized by white supremacist group Blood & Honour, reported the National Post. On their website, Blood & Honour referred to Chabloz as a “chanteuse credited with single-handedly importing from France and popularizing in Britain the anti-establishment, anti-PC, anti-Zionist, anti-powers-that-be quenelle salute”.
The quenelle salute is an inverted Nazi salute popularized by French stand-up comedian and “professional anti-Semite” Dieudonne M’bala M’bala, who has seven convictions in France for inciting racial hatred against Jews and who is currently under investigation yet again for making anti-Semitic remarks. Dieudonne, who was previously found guilty of hate speech and handed a two months suspended jail sentence was denied entry into Canada in 2016.
B’nai Brith Canada, a Jewish human rights organization, who notified Calgary Police, said they are “disappointed” that Canadian authorities have allowed Chabloz, whose anti-Semitic and Holocaust-denying views are well documented, to enter the country.
Chabloz, whose multiple Twitter account were suspended for hate speech, previously tweeted that Anne Frank’s diary was mostly fabricated and that most inmates at the Auschwitz death camp died from typhus.
In 2016, Chabloz appeared in court for posting a grossly anti-Semitic song on YouTube called “Survivors” in which she called Auschwitz a “theme park” and described the gas chambers as a hoax.
She was ordered by the court “not to post or send or cause to be sent via the internet or any other means, whether via social media or YouTube or at all, any message or other material which is in whole or part racist or anti-Semitic and grossly offensive”. Her trial is scheduled for March 24.
